How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All first-class orders should arrive within 1-2 working days, and all second-class orders should arrive within 3-5 working days. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact us as hello@byleyla.com.

Please keep in mind that our orders are shipped through Royal Mail who may be experiencing some disruption.

Are out of stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible.

What is FSC® product packaging?

FSC® stands for Forest Stewardship Council® and is an international non-profit labelling system for wood and paper.

The FSC® mark guarantees that all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection of the animal- and plant life, and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage.
